|
Responsible for the functional management of all of the sales and marketing activities of the Tomlyn Business Unit. Full P&L responsibility for all operational activities of the Unit.
Defines and manages sales objectives. Understand the needs of the market place, their requirements, and how our product and sales program offerings can satisfy both.
Ensure Regional Sales Managers are properly trained in the use of the RAC Business Model. Implement changes to ensure continuous improvement.
Motivate the Sales team by providing the necessary guidance, motivation and feedback on their performance on a regular and systematic basis.
Ensure Regional Sales Managers are properly trained in every field of competencies required.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) & objectives for RMs. Monitor those KPIs on a regular basis and implement steps to improve the performance of the team.
Contribute to the Company’s annual plan by defining sales targets, budgets and key projects
Define the long term sales outlook for the company, as part of the Strategic plan process.
Knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and lead customer strategies.

University degree in Business Administration Management or Marketing
Basic computer knowledge in Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Field sales experience (minimum 5 years)
Experience in the animal health industry
