6.2 ORGANIGRAMME SIMPLIFIÉ DU GROUPE
AU 31 DÉCEMBRE 2016
Une présentation des activités du Groupe Vetoquinol figure
au paragraphe 1.2.
L’organisation générale du Groupe s’articule autour de
sa société mère Vetoquinol SA qui assure une activité de
holding pour le Groupe ainsi qu’une activité économique
propre (cf. Sociétés du Groupe, page 108).
À ce titre, le premier site industriel du Groupe se situe
à Lure, lieu du siège social. La société (Vetoquinol SA)
facture à ses filiales les ventes de produits finis qu’elle
fabrique. Vetoquinol SA participe au financement de ses
filiales, à ce propos, se référer au rapport spécial des
Commissaires aux comptes sur les conventions et enga-
gements réglementés – paragraphe 7.3
Les fonctions dirigeantes du Groupe sont centralisées au
niveau de la société mère Vetoquinol SA.
